DESCRIPTION:The 78th Annual Daffodil Festival\n\n	 Grand Floral Street Parade\n\n	\n\n	The Grand Floral Street Parade is the highlight of Festival Week.  The parade travels through the four cities of Tacoma\, Puyallup\, Sumner and Orting and consists of approximately 40 float entries and over 80 other entries\, including bands\, marching and mounted units.  The floats are decorated with fresh-cut Daffodils\, numbering in the thousands.  The Daffodil Festival will be celebrating it's 78th year during the 2011 festival season.\n\n	\n\n	\n\n	Saturday\, April 9\, 2011\n\n	\n\n	Puyallup: The parade starts at 12:45 p.m. Click here for the parade route.\n\n	\n\n	Sumner: The parade starts at 2:30 p.m. and runs East down Main Street from Kinkaid to the High School (Lewis Ave).\n\n	\n\n	\n\n	\n\n	 \n\n	If you can't be at the parade\, catch a replay on TV Tacoma\n\n	TV Tacoma is carried on both the Click! and Comcast Cable systems. \n\n	\n\n	On Click! TV Tacoma can be seen on Channel 12 in the Tacoma City limits and in Pierce County\, with the exception of University Place\, where we are found on Channel 21.  On Comcast\, TV Tacoma can be seen on Channel 12 in the Tacoma City limits and on Channel 21 in Pierce County.
