John has 35 years of broad experience in food manufacturing industry.  He has a B.S. Degree in Baking Science and Management from Kansas State University and an M.S. in Management from Rensselaer Polytechnic Institute.       Mr. Rader is a former Chairman of the American Society of Baking\, Oregon Food Bank and a current member of the City of Hope Pacific Northwest Food Industry Circle      Green Mountain Roasters believes in using the power of business to make the world a better place. Each step on the long road from tree to cup gives an opportunity to create better coffee\, and a better world.
